Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. We contracted Dirty Deeds for the demolition of a rural church that had fallen into disrepair. Mike was great to work with. The quote process was very quick and detailed. Mike was very understanding that it took some time to get the approvals for the quote and to secure the funding. Mike was also very quick for getting the contract ready and the project going. There was a lot of great communication on the status of the demo. Mike even helped expedite acquiring the permit with the local municipality. His crew was very good and respectful. The church was adjacent to a cemetery, and the crew did a great job ensuring none of the monuments were damaged during the buildings coming down. They also returned the site to the original grade, and even went the extra step of ensuring new top soil and new grass seed was laid. Great working with you Mike!

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I’ve worked with Dirty Deeds Demolition and Mike Ayotte on jobs where timing and coordination really matter. Mike always shows up prepared, communicates clearly, and works efficiently. Pricing is fair and transparent, and the work is done properly the first time. Projects stay on schedule and on budget, which is huge in this industry. Solid guy, solid company — I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him
